A property developer will lose 300k to his partner, after putting the house in her name.
A judge has told 53-year-old Stephen George farther, that the profit of 296k from the four bedroom property he bought and sold, belongs to her.
Mr Farrer bought the property in 2007 for 140,000 pounds and put it in Miss Cahill’s name in the case. He claimed he had only put it in her name to make it easier for her to get a mortgage.
The court heard how the property developer refused to marry miss Cahill ” in case someone better came along”, according to her. This, despite their ten-year relationship and the fact the couple have three.children together.
Mr Farrer had got down on one knee in the presence of family members and produced and engagement ring, only to later whisper in her ear “don’t think I am going to marry you because I am not”.
That sort of comment, according to the high court judge, “gives an indication of a tendency to dominate and humiliate”. The judge then delivered the ultimate blow to the control freak that Mr.Farrer is by saying,
” it is clear that the property belongs is absolutely owned by Ms Cahill, and Mr Farrer has ni beneficial or other interest in that property”.
Sweet verdict for the woman who was being humiliated by an idiotic man who has ni standards whatsoever. The court heard that Miss Cahill was “besotted by, wholly dependent on, and trusting of him”, and also relied on an allowance from him.
She will no longer need that allowance. Miss Cargill now has enough to look after her children without this unattractive bully of a man. Mr. farther faces legal bills of up to 150,000 and was ordered to pay 40,000 within a month.
