Three UK Teenagers Guilty Of Killing Rapper Over Bicycle Argument

BY Eric King-

Three teenagers have been found guilty of manslaughter after killing an aspiring 17-year-old rapper in a row over a bicycle.

Fauz Richards, 19, of Belvoir Close, Eltham, and two 16-year-olds, who cannot be named for legal reasons stabbed Myron Yarde to death and were convicted at the Old Bailey on Wednesday.
Myron, a student at the Big Creative Academy in Walthamstow who went by the stage name Mdot, died after being stabbed in the leg during an altercation in New Cross on April 3.
The courts also convicted two other women, Jamie Kennedy, 31, and Charlotte Edmonds, 32, both of Daubeney Tower, Deptford, of conspiration with one of the killers.
Myron and  his friends were involved in a dispute  with the other group of boys over his stolen bike earlier that day
The  group of boys later confronted each other on Camplin Street, leading to Myron being stabbed five times with two knives.
Myran later collapsed down the road and died at Kings College Hospital.
One of the teenagers was arrested four days later after he was identified by a witness. The others handed themselves in, and were eventually arrested, charged and convicted. The sad story confirms the dangers of fighting on the streets over anything. Many people carry knives and are prepared to use them without hesitation
They will all be sentenced at the same court on January 13 next year.
