An Essex teenage girl slapped her dad for moaning about a booze session, the eye of media.com heard.
The 16-year-old girl slapped her father after he went into a frenzy when he came home to find two 19-year-olds drinking Vodka with his teenage daughters, 14 and 16 respectively.Due to restrictions on this story, we will not name the girl or her father.
The essex teenager slapped her father hard on the right side of his face, causing him to flee his home and stay with his family for a few days. The incident took place in Basildon in the presence of her friends and other siblings on boxing day. The story highlights the extent to which some parents lack any control over their children, with many of them calling the shots in their family.
Sources close to the family told the eye of media.com that the father neglects the children and they have built up an anger against him. The father strongly objects to the children’s friends visiting their home late in the evenings, because of the uncertainties he perceives surrounds their time alone together.
The teenagers, like most teenagers, invite their male friends to their bedroom, where they chat, relax, and basically dictate the events of the evening. ”They get up to all sorts in their bedroom, our reliable source told us. Drinking, sex sometimes, the only thing is I can say the girls don’t do drugs. That, I can bet my life on, but I don’t know about the lads”, our source told the eye of media.com.
The father, whose name we will also protect for now, evidently lacks the skills and civility to engage the children intelligently and assert his authority that drinking must not occur at that hour of the morning. Such authority is established over a period of leadership by example and good child-rearing.
Spontaneous outbursts by parents who have not established their authority and earned respect are irrational.
They spur the rebellious children on and creates chaos. And the parent must take a good chunk of responsibility for their child’s rebellious nature by the time they are teenagers.
The girl is said to have been fed up with his unwelcome mood swings, and just lashed out n him. She told the eye of media.com ” I feel bad about it, but he was being out of order. I know it was about 2 a.m, but it’ s Christmas, he needs to relax and stop acting like a scumbag”

The boys eventually stayed the night until the morning, drinking Vodka and a few cans of stella.
