Seeing him deteriorate so low to the point of claiming to be homeless was found profoundly sad by many members of the public.
The fact he was a regular member of alcoholic anonymous also raises questions as to whether it has sufficient networks in place to deal with the most serious cases of alcoholism, or whether some alcoholics are simply being help.

The BBC will benefit from showcasing her past which will continue to open the door to more and more commentary, both favourable and unfavourable.

Further down the list of news which was internationally impactful online was the BBC documentary on the police murder of Sarah Everard by bent Wayne Couzens, recounting how police discovered that one of their colleagues was the brute killer of an unsuspectung woman walking alone at night.
The story made strong waves internationally viewed and shared hundreds of thousands of times in several countries including India, Australia, America. Paris, Nigeria, Ghana, The Emerates, Germany and Brazil, amongst a few others.
Couzens was jailed for life for the callous rape and murder of Everard during lockdown period at the height of the pandemic as he posed to be an undercover cop arresting her for breaching covid rules.
He claimed to have been ordered by a criminal gang to find a woman to kidnap, and to have been threatened by them.
The news as well as several other news of police criminal convictions and imprisonment has left audiences across the ocean feeling shocked and incredulous at the spate of serious offences committed by serving cops in the UK.
