Sylvester Stallone Rubbishes Sexual Assault Claim By Girl Who Was 16.

By Lucy Caulkett-

Sylvester Stallone has rubbished sexual assault claims by a girl who told police he sexually assaulted her in 1986 when she was 16.

The unnamed girl admits to consenting to sex with Stallone, who was 40 years of age at the time, but says he later forced her to give him oral sex and ejaculated on her.

According to Stallone’s accuser, she was staying at the Hilton between July 18 and July 28 when she met the movie star on July 23, 1986 after David Mendenhall introduced her and her cousin to him.

Stallone gave her his autograph then proceeded to ask her age before asking ‘how she got such a build.’ After exchanging cheek kisses, the three went their separate ways.

Extracts from the police report reveal that the next day the teenager returned to the area of the hotel where they were filming, and where she met De Luca. He apparently asked her what she’d do if Stallone made a pass at her, and she replied that she would probably make a pass back at him.’

De Luca then handed her two keys for a room on the 27th floor and told her to go up as soon as possible. When the girl went up, she met Stallone and De Luca in the hallway. Stallone and the teenager then had sex while De Luca stayed in the bathroom, the police report states.

Within moments, Stallone brought De Luca out from the bathroom who then forced the teenager down onto his penis. Stallone then did the same, before ejaculating in front of her, according to the girl. If her account is true, the two men assaulted her and got away with it.

It has been alleged that 71 year old Stallone then threatened to beat the girl if she told anybody about what happened.

Stallone has called the claims “ridiculous” and “categorically false”, according to Daily News.

The girl says both men then told the teenager not to tell anyone as they were both married men at the time.

Police said that ‘during the interview, [the teen] became emotionally upset numerous times, crying and sobbing. However, she refused to press charges, claiming to feel ashamed. She said:

I’m humiliated and ashamed, but I don’t want to prosecute.

I’m kind of scared and I’m very ashamed. I don’t want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don’t want to prosecute. I cannot talk about this anymore, please leave me alone.

REPORT

The girls are said to have filed a report with Las Vegas police after the alleged incident.
Stallone’s spokesperson Michelle Bega, told the eye of media.com: ” This story is false and has no truth in it. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr Stallone

“At no time was Mr Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.
Stallone was in Vegas filming arm-wrestling movie Over the Top at the time of the alleged incident”.

Many women have recently been publicly calaiming to have been sexually assaulted or rape by men, in the wake of a wave of publicised allegations by alleged victims against Mp’s and well knocen celebrities. They are reporting offences that allegedly happened decades ago. The problem with late allegations is that they name and shame men reported by their accusers without any evidence to support their claims. The credibility of such late allegations are problematic for that reason, however, it is quite possible for female victims of sexual assault to be afraid to report offences at the time they are commited, but they should conjure up the bottle to do so. Although for many genuine victims, they would want emotional closure to their ordeal, and seeing other women come forward to expose their attackers, gives others the courage to come forward.
