Tickets for the sensational artist Sigrid, to play in Shepherds Bush are selling out fast, The Eye Of Media.Com has recently been told.
The Norwegian singer who was recently awarded with the BBC Music Award Poll of 2018 is completely sold out for UK events in March, with her shows for Glasgow, Leeds, and Manchester fully sold out. The only ticket availabilities left is for her show in Shepherds Bush on March 14th, and even those tickets are selling out fast. There are only 9 tickets left for that date, and they may all be gone by the end of today. Her beautiful voice blends so well with her pretty face, it is no surprise that youngsters are taking to her in very large numbers.
With a busy 2 weeks in the U.K in March, even media access to the star is not as easy as one would expect for one still relatively fresh in the business.
A spokesperson for the bright star told The Eye Of Media.Com ”there are only 9 tickets left, that’s 1% of the available tickets for that show. Tickets have sold out so fast in the UK, Sigrid is absolutely flabbergasted”. It is great to see that the British public has taken to her. She is working in building a brilliant album for 2018, but she wants to do things properly and not rush. She does not want to be tied down to a date, but is doing her best”. Sigrid’s rise to fame is a bright story of a young girl who hit the stars by chance when her brother asked her to help him with a song. The bright star has amassed scores of demos which she carefully wrote over a two year period.
The busy 21 year old is working in collaboration with a number of artists and producers behind the scenes, but not much is known about her plans going forward The breakout star of 2017 gained recognition for her fiery debut “Don’t Kill My Vibe” which was followed up with “Fake Friends” and “Plot Twist”.
Having already played sets at the likes of Reading and Leeds and Lollapalooza this summer, the beautiful girl’s fame is rising phenomenally in Norway. Her added popularity in Norway reveal strong signs that this young woman could become a global star before we know it.
Born in Alesund, Norway, the star was originally inspired by Joni Mitchell and Neil Young before beginning her career in 2013 by releasing her debut single, “Sun” which was her breakthrough song in Norway. She later signed to Petroleum Records in 2014 .
In 2016, Sigrid signed with Island Records, releasing her debut single with Island, ” Don’t kill my vibe in 2017.The song has charted in Norway, Australia, the United Kingdom , where it did very well. In the summer of 2017, a representative of hers contacted The Eye Of Media.Com asking for her songs to be played on our Internet radio- The Eye Of Destiny radio– and the request was granted with a number of her songs played over a two months period. After a brief gap in playing her songs, we resumed them in November for almost a month, with several hits received every time her songs were played.
Sigrid is a genuine talent we should all follow, and The Eye Of Media.Com will give all the support we can. Plans to feature her on our Internet radio tonight are already facing challenges by other booked acts, but we are planning to push it through for the early hours of the morning.
