Manchester City’s new high fly player, Raheem Sterling, has bought a property right behind Sir Alex Feguson- Cheshire mansion afte selling his Southport home on Selworth Road for an estimated £1.5m.
The new spanking £3.5million six-bed property in Winslow boasts a 30 foot swimming pool, a cinema room, and a garage fit for three expensive sport cars. Sterling has reportedly moved in with his girlfriend, Paige Lee Hansel. This four bedroom house has a luxurious barber salon with several amenities that lead out to a half size basketball court.
If this is not enough of a mind blower, he also has a Michael Jackson room with a MJ memorabilia hung on the wall, a pair of legs hanging on the ceiling, a bar of its own, and many other eye filling decorations that give his new abode the feeling of a King’s atmosphere.Let’s just hope Sterling doesn’t have too many beers in the bar when he should be training, but you can be sure that many of his loaded friends will not mind chilling there with him from time to time.
Ferguson on the other hand has lived in his residence with his wife, Lady Cathy, for the past two decades, so it will be interesting to see if he will be inviting his new neighbors Raheem for meals from time to time. Raheem is notorious for off the pitch misdemeanors like once driving under the influence of laughing gas, much to the anger and embarrassment of Ferguson who has several times tried to put his man in check.
