Phoenix Security Firm Overruled On Policy Stance

By Gabriel Princewill

Phoenix security firm has been overruled on its long-standing security policy stance.

The security firm which employs hundreds of security doormen in Yorkshire , will be instructed today to abandon it’s free standing practise of excluding people from premises without giving a reason.

Up until now, the firm and many other security firms in the country have exercised an industry rule characterised by tyrannic undertones that allow them to operate on our a power trip.

Manager of the Oak pub , Richard Morleet, told the eye of media.com :

” I am aware of this policy generally used by doormen. It is unprofessional and wrong for doormen to use their powers wrongly.

“They should not be able to prevent people from entering a premises on personal grounds. Their reasons should always be restricted to evidence of nuisance conduct of a sort or dress code not consistent with that if the venue”.

Phoenix Security firm will be told that they cannot exercise power in that way when working here “.

He said he had not had any problems with the security firm in question, but acknowledged that the policy in question was a long standing one in need of redressal.

PERSONAL BIAS

Doormen have refused entry from a number of people for nothing other than reasons of personal bias against individuals wanting to mix with other in a weekend night out.

Leeds is considered one of the most socially vibrant nights out in the country, though it is easily rivalled by London and Newcastle , according to the opinions of well-travelled party goers.

However, doormen in the area have been reported for their alarming indiscretion in refusing entry to people without providing a reason .

REASON

Meanwhile, every decision taken by humans intuitively have a reason.

Reason is the fundamental basis in which laws and all civil engagement between various parties are based. Undermine this core principle of human reasoning is an affront to the intelligence of all law abiding citizens.

Anti social behaviour like drunkenness or violence , constitute good reasons for excluding people from premises doormen have been hired to secure.

Wrong reasons include any type of discrimination, including excluding and marginalising a former sexual partner because of the pain of how the relationship ended.

POLICIES

Under current internal policies of security firms across the country, doormen can use their powers in a prejudicial manner against people to execute their personal vendettas. They do not have to have a cogent reason to do so.

However, they do not have the legal authority to do this, they have arbitrarily created their own laws without any regulation.

FLAWED

The patently flawed reasoning they use is that it is a privately licensed venue, but they misconstrue this to mean they can flagrantly discriminate against people been in venues open to public use.

They are wrong, and the eye of media.com will go the full distance to demonstrate this and effect a sweeping change in their conduct across the country.

Phoenix security was contacted by the eye of media.com , but declined to comment.
