A paedophile policeman applying for parole is facing multiple objections from families of his victims, and members of the public.
Daniel Lishman, who served with Northamptonshire Police between 1995 and 2002, has completed less than 11 years of a life sentence, but is now applying for parole.
The offences took place between early 2001 and February 2010 with all but one committed in Northamptonshire, with the victims both male and female and aged between eight and 24.
The evil monster was jailed for abusing 13 people , comprising of 12 counts of sexual assault and one of rape , with some also having disabilities and learning difficulties.
He was arrested in April 2010 after attacking a 12-year-old girl while pretending to check on a boiler at an address in Southam, Warwickshire.
After leaving the police force, he posed as a cop to assault two girls and used jobs as a TV licence officer and mobile dog groomer to attack others
The serial paedophile, who also had hundreds of indecent images of children, is now applying for parole.
The 47-year-old has been moved to an open prison.
He has also “spent a large number of days in the community (on release from the open prison)” including two overnight stays.
One victim, eight at the time she was attacked, said he had “taken away the childhood of too many” and “definitely doesn’t deserve parole.”
Amy Hannah, 23, who has waived her right to anonymity to protest over vile Lishman’s release plans, told The Eye Of Media.Com: “This man is a menace to society and has caused hell for many families. He is a disgrace to the police force, and should not be granted parole. It shouldn’t even be considered.
”The frightening thing about the the thought of him coming out of prison is the way he preyed on his victims.
“It wasn’t one particular type and it wasn’t an isolated incident. It went on for many years and he never showed any remorse.”
“The judge said he was conniving, calculated and manipulative, he was every parent’s worst nightmare. I don’t think he will ever change and he certainly doesn’t deserve a new life.
“Who will be watching him now he’s entitled to go out and about?
“If the Parole Board was to contact me, I would happily stand in front of them and tell them that he shouldn’t ever be released.
Judge Peter Carr ruled he must serve at least 11 years before being considered for parole and told him: “You are in my view an intelligent but also cunning, devious and extremely plausible man.”
Lishman had a Parole Board hearing on October 14 but release was refused. He appealed but was turned down.
The Parole Board’s Daniel Bunting dismissed the monster’s appeal because he “had only had two periods of overnight leave” and “further overnight testing was required”.
Lishman will not be able to reapply for parole until the new year. A Parole Board spokesman said: “Lishman was recommended for a move to open conditions in 2019 and this was his first review following that decision.
“A move to open conditions involves testing the prisoner’s readiness for any potential return into the community.
“Prisoners moved to open conditions can be returned to closed conditions if there is concern about their behaviour.
“Parole reviews are undertaken thoroughly and with extreme care. Protecting the public is our number one priority.”
