Mo Farah First  Brit To Win 10,000 metres Three Times

Mo Farah, Britain’s top long distance runner, showed his Athletic genius with his third gold medal at the Rio Olympics.

The outstanding athlete Mo Farah, paced himself throughout the long distance race, and at one point tripped over when his left leg was accidentally caught by the legs of one of his competitors. However, Mo Farah got up and kept himself in the competition but there was no indication his victory was certain for him.

He simply glided through the motions, eventually delivering in supreme style to become one of the greatest athletes of all times. Victory for Farah might as well have been a guaranteed accomplishment.

The three times Olympic champion has always adopted a rigorous training regime; one that has earned him epic greatness, and ranks him amongst the very best of his sport.

Mo Farah runs 120 miles every week in training to prime him for big international competitions like this, a snippet of some of the huge sacrifices he has made over the years to be where he is today.

His level of training shows wells of dedication on his part, though his run of triumph is rooted in an enormous level of natural talent that makes him one of a kind. Inner determination is an integral tool of his athletic genius.

Farah is the first British athlete to win three Olympic gold medals, this feat will go into the annals of history as a special achievement that stands out remarkably.
