Let’s all take a moment to envy this move from the outstanding boxer that is Manny Pacquiao. It looks like the Filipino has bagged himself a phenomenal deal as was officially confirmed when he went on a spending spree this week and purchased P Diddy’s former Beverly Hills mansion. The crib is a complete and utter bargain! It comes with 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, and a $200,000 home theatre. Wow! Not only was it the generously cheap price of $12.5 million dollars, but the mansion is fully loaded, containing everything that the former owners purchased. Can you imagine being that rich? Not only do you sell your Beverly Hill’s pad but you leave everything behind for a fresh start? That’s riches beyond your wildest dreams and as I would call it, more money than sense, ha!
36 year old, Manny feel in love with the estate immediately, when the boxer visited the Mansion for a viewing, insiders spilled that his decision was almost instant to buy the beauty. The all-white mansion scales a surface ranging an incredible 10,000 square feet. You’ll never run out of space to kick a ball about then will you?
PUFF DADDY
The previous occupants of this luxurious mansion are not publicly known, but what we do know is that the pad was previously owned by the “I’ll be missing you” rapper P Diddy. The rapper who dates the “Me and you” singer Cassie, lived in the large house way back in the late 1990s. He was dating the “Love don’t cost a thing” singer Jennifer Lopez at the time, but the millionaire who is currently worth over $660 million sold it in 2001. Back then we knew him as Puff before he decided to renovate his title. Coinciding with the ex-couples mad club dilemma which nearly landed the music mogul in jail. I can confirm that the place is indeed overly sick! Why have 1 bathroom when you can have 7, right? Why have 1 bathroom when you can have 7.5 baths, that’s right! How does half a bath exist? Rest assured it does. At least we know the boxer has many rooms to stock up on sleep before the big match and plenty chances to soak in a relaxing radox filled bath. If that gets boring than the new swanky purchase is also equipped with a neat and dynamic $200,000 home screened theater. We can all sleep safe knowing that his large family will be able to overdose on films to their hearts content. Any bets they watch the boxing match replays on that thing! I know I would.
HIGH DEMANDS
Manny is somewhat high maintenance and we don’t blame him. The pacman has made it crystal clear that he wants to move into his new home ASAP.
The father of five and his wife of 15 years demanded a lightning fast escrow period, so that his massive Filipino family has a place to vacate when they fly over to L.A. for his biggest fight to date with Mayweather, set on May 2nd. Who wouldn’t want their family in their quick sharp, sitting on a fancy 3 garages fitted into the houses exterior along with a large glistening pool and a lit up Jacuzzi?
Manny’s in such a rush to park his ride on his new drive next to his 3 tier water fountain that he even worked out a deal to get the house fully furnished. He haggled and managed to secure the deal with the furniture, art and appliances that are currently inside his new place.
If that wasn’t enough the owners (unnamed) have even agreed to fully STOCK THE WET BAR for Pacman as part of the deal. I smell several hangovers! Don’t you? Now that is a gangsta move from the champ.
Will all these new sparkly possessions help with his fight? It’s definitely lifted the Pacquiao spirits that’s for sure. This fight will be the biggest fight ever with fire works guaranteed! And Manny might just have what it takes to thrash the unbeaten legend in Mayweather. We can be sure that the cameras will attend his mansion before the fight to give us a close glance of this gobsmacking and wondrous residence
