Katie Price’s fiancé Carl Woods has pleaded not guilty to using threatening language in a row with the star.

Woods, 33, appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today, after being charged by police under Section 4 of the Public Order Act, following an arrest in August.

Woods was said to have used “threatening and abusive” language towards another person, with the intention to “make them believe immediate violence would be “used towards them”.

“The partner left his address and went to another property.”

Price  alleged Woods “followed his partner and attempted to force the door of that property whilst shouting outside in the street.”

The hearing was due to take place on March 10, but was pushed back to today, as Carl and Katie, 43, were on holiday in Thailand, where Katie got two new huge tattoos.
