HUGE £24m LOTTERY WIN FOR LUCKY WINNER

HUGE £24m LOTTERY WIN FOR LUCKY WINNER

BY ERIC KING

Operator Camelot have revealed that a UK winner has won £24.6m on the national lottery in another huge scoop this month.

The winning player matched numbers 23, 25, 32, 37, 42 and Lucky Stars 01 and 11 to making them the only winner of Tuesday’s draw.

It is the second British ticket to win the top prize this month, after a £24m jackpot was won barely two weeks ago.

What a buzz the winner must be feeling, but how exactly do these big winners handle the next 24 hours upon discovering they have won? The interest rate of £24m must be incredibly high; this is simply an amount to comfortably last a life time for both the winner and their families if they so choose. It is such a crazy amount to win, one would like to think that the winners will stay rich and live happily ever after. At least when we are talking of this sort of money.

The problem that sometimes arises is that friends and family members want a big slice of the cake making the winner a tad paranoid until he or she decides to leave someone out. However, it is such a handsome pay day, that any sensible person really should stay happy fore ever, and surely there are many who do. But the strange thing about both the national lottery and the Euro lottery is that it seems so impossible that it beggars belief when we hear of massive winners like this. How lucky they must be!

LUCKY

A National Lottery spokesman said it had been a “lucky” year for UK National Lottery players.

“Last year saw an unprecedented nine UK Euro Millions jackpot winners and this year we have already had two massive wins here and it’s only February,” the spokesman added.

The biggest prize ever won in UK history was £161m by Scottish couple Chris and Colin Weir in 2011.. They must be living the dream now.
