Facebook’s Biggest New Design Of Secret Crush Dating

A new facebook app called ‘Secret Crush is set  to pair secret admirers with a mutual interest together.  The feature enables facebook users to see which of their friends might have an interest in them , especially if the interest is shared.  Provided the friend has Facebook Dating and  has a mutual interest in their admirer, they will receive  a notification confirming the mutual interest.

Facebook announced today at its F8 conference that Dating is opening in 14 more countries, bringing the total to 19. It will launch in the US before the end of the year. Over 5,000 developers, creators and entrepreneurs from around the world assembled for  Facebook’s annual F8, about the future of technology.

Mark Zuckerberg opened the two-day event with fresh information to his audience about his multi billion company’s new outlook. He said the company was working on building a more privacy-focused social platform  that gives people spaces where they can express themselves freely and feel connected to the people and communities that matter most.

Facebook Dating integrates with the social networking site by making use of Facebook groups and events, encouraging users to leave their screens once in a while and meet up in real life. Secret Crush, a new feature that will let you use Facebook Dating to express interest in someone from your friends on the site. Facebook says the idea came from ideas expressed by its users.

The feature will let you select from up to nine Facebook friends who you may be interested in, and if they’re on the Dating service, they’ll get a notification letting them know someone has a crush on them. Simple enough, but the feeling has to be mutual, of course. If your Facebook Dating adds you to their Secret Crush list, then the two of you will be matched and you can, maybe, live happily ever after.

The company says Facebook Dating will expand to 14 new countries, including Brazil and Malaysia.
