A nine year old baby has been killed by a dog in a Wesh town .Gwent police attended the address in Monmouthshire , south east Wales around 6 pm on Sunday. Gwent police said the dog has been seized and removed from the property. If you have concerns or information, then please stop and talk with us”
It is not the first time a baby in the UK has billed killed by a dog. In 2018, a five week old baby died after a dog attack. In 2013, an eight day old baby died after being bitten by his grandparent’s dog. In 2014, a six day old baby died from head injuries after being bitten by the family’s Alaskan Malamute.
In 2022, 10 people were killed by dogs, including four children
Incidents of the above nature, whilst rare, have prompted discussions about dog laws and the potential risks,, even in households with dogs that show no prior signs of aggression.
