Andrew Shown On All Fours Over Woman In Recently Released Epstein Photos

By Aaron Miller-

The U.S. Department of Justice has published millions of documents, photos and videos tied to the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Among the newly public materials are *disturbing photographs reportedly showing a high-profile individual — widely identified in media reporting as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor — positioned over a woman in a manner described by witnesses as “on all fours” or “crouched over,” stirring immediate global attention and controversy.

The release — part of the enforcement of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, enacted by Congress in late 2025 — came after years of legal struggle over how much of the evidence surrounding Epstein’s extensive alleged sex trafficking network should be made public. On January 30, 2026, the DOJ disclosed more than 3 million pages of files, 180,000 images, and over 2,000 videos, marking one of the largest information dumps in U.S. legal history.

The newly surfaced images at the center of this week’s media storm shows Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly the Duke of York, in an unsettling pose: kneeling on all fours over a woman who lies face-up on the ground, her arms stretched outward and her identity obscured by redaction. In some frames, the man appears to be looking directly at the camera, while in others his left hand is resting on the woman’s torso.

According to descriptions from multiple outlets, the individual is barefoot, dressed casually in jeans and a white polo shirt, and appears in a room with another person seated in the background. No verified timestamp, location, or contextual information has been provided with the images, and it remains unclear when or where they were taken.

The DOJ has not released identifying details of the parties involved in these specific photos and made no official statement connecting the image to any particular individual by name. The context — sexual or otherwise — for the scene depicted remains unspecified in the documents themselves.
Department of Justice: Redactions and Limits

The broader release followed intense political pressure for transparency into Epstein’s actions and networks. The Epstein Files Transparency Act required the DOJ to produce all non-classified materials connected to investigations of Epstein and associated individuals. In response, the DOJ disclosed the millions of pages after extensive internal review and redaction.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche stated that material containing victim identities, medical records, ongoing investigations, and explicitly illegal content (including child sexual abuse depictions) was redacted or withheld to protect victims and the integrity of active inquiries. Blanche emphasized that the goal was to comply with the law while respecting legal obligations and victims’ privacy.

The latest tranche of documents features references, images, or account links to a wide array of well-known figures — from business leaders and politicians to celebrities. Verified reporting identifies mentions of or imagery involving:

It is important to note that the inclusion of a name or image in the Epstein files does not constitute evidence of criminal activity or guilt. Many photos and documents are social in nature, are undated, and lack clarifying captions. The DOJ and independent news outlets have repeatedly cautioned against assumptions based solely on association in these records.

Prior to this release, photos from earlier batches had already implicated Andrew in social settings with Epstein or his associates — including an image published in December 2025 showing him lying across the laps of several women at a private event.

Andrew, the third child of Queen Elizabeth II, has long been linked to Epstein through friendship and alleged encounters. In 2025 he was stripped of his royal titles after revelations about his relationship with Epstein and after claims made by Virginia Giuffre — a key Epstein accuser who died by suicide and whose memoir detailed allegations against the former royal. Andrew has consistently denied any criminal wrongdoing.

The newly disclosed photos have reignited debate across political and media landscapes:

Survivors’ advocates argue that the release — even in redacted form — is a necessary step toward accountability, but not sufficient without complete transparency and context for each image and document.
