An Indian student froze to death in the U.S after being denied entry into a club.
Akul Dhawan, an 18-year-old Indian first year student majoring in electrical engineering at the University of Illinois, was discovered dead over the weekend after a night out with his friends.

The circumstances surrounding his death have raised concerns, leading to his grieving parents to demand answers from the university.
Akul was reported missing by his roommate at 1:23 am on Sunday when the temperature was 1 degree Fahrenheit (-17 degrees Celsius). His body was found in Champaign, Illinois, very close to the university campus.
Authorities conducted an autopsy on Monday, revealing no signs of significant trauma but indicating changes in Dhawan’s skin consistent with hypothermia, due to the freezing conditions.

Akul’s pals who had lost contact with him, expressed concern about his well-being, fearing he might freeze to death without wearing a coat.
Dhawan’s friends attended the Canopy Club, a venue near the campus, where they had already been that night, but staff refused entry to Dhawan.
Akul’s father, Ish Dhawan , claimed that his son had called the police from the venue where he was, waiting for assistance for half an hour.
The University of Illinois Police Department is actively investigating the incident, but have revealed very little as to why the tragic student received no support from cops when he needed it most.
There has been no information as to why he was denied entry from the club, but The Eye Of Media.Com will be keeping track of the investigation, and is seeking full information about what occurred.
