The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has completed its investigation into Hilary Clinton use of a personal email server.
Its recommendation is that the Department of Justice not indict Clinton, the FBI director, James Corney told a press conference today.
The recommendation can be ignored, as the final decision lies with the Department of justice. The chances are for the recommendation to be honored. It will help serve Clinton name, and pave the way for a successful campaign.
The recommendation completes a year long investigation by the Bureau into allegations of misconduct by Mrs. Clinton, wife of former U.S president, Bill Clinton.

The investigation found 110 emails in 52 email chains were determined to contain classified information, including 8 chains which contained information that was marked as top secret at the time.
Clinton used different email servers and numerous mobile devices, many of which were altered. Courtney said none of these should have been on any kind of unclassified system.

“Even if information is not marked classified in an email, participants who know that the subject matter is classified, are still obligated to protect it.”
Clinton was initially brought to the FBI ‘s attention for conducting state department business from a privately managed server. Among the heavy criticisms levied against her was the fact that her server wasn’t subject to requests under public records.
Many of her emails were therefore inaccessible to both the public and the House Committee. Further, because her private account was unclassified, it was vulnerable to infiltration by unwanted forces. The FBI still concluded that this failing doesn’t warrant an indictment.
Although most of the emails sent from her private server has since been released, 160 emails are missing from the public release. The State Department concluded her practice to be a clear violation of both departmental and federal email policies.
However, the FBI concluded the there are no grounds for a criminal charge.
