U.S Apache Helicopter Crashes Into Sea Nose Dive

By Lucy Caulkett-

A  U.S  Apache helicopter has crashed  nose dive into the sea,  a few metres from the shoreline of the Northern Greek City of Thessaloniki.

The craft is said to have suffered a broken engine, but miraculously two of the pilots  survived, the Associated press reported.

The incident occured during the SARISA 2016 national drill – a military exercise involving units, and  three branches of the national army,  and the special forces  division of the U.S army.

The four blade consists of a fast turbo shaft attack  craft with a tail wheel gear landing equipment introduced in 1986, and used as a leading war plane in a number of major battles involving Israel, Greece, and other countries.

America have been conducting a number of military exercises in the last few years, with those exercises becoming more diversified lately.

On Monday, American crafts flew over North Korea in a warning style operation, a move they exercise from time to time to flex their muscles.

U.S president, Barack Obama, recently berated Russia for attempting to restore it’s lost years of glory, through its attempt to build military might.

However,  America boasts the strongest military might in the world,  sometimes using this fact to throw it’s weight around in various situations in the world.

It seems strange that the top class U.S craft could suffer a technical fault which crashed nose dive into the sea, and could have endangered life.
