The Canadian supreme Court has strangely acquitted a British Colombian man of BESTIALITY charges.
The acquittal of the British man who tried to force his dog to have sexual intercourse with his step daughters, has enraged many ordinary Canadian citizens.
Karen Mckenzie, who brought this story to the attention of the eye of media.com, said this is a sad day for Canada and Canadian law. It sets an awful standard for the country, and undermines the rights of animals, whilst indirectly disrespecting the girls subjected to abuse in this case.
The man, whose identity is also being strangely protected by the court, is currently serving 16 years in jail for 13 counts of sexually abusing his step daughters.
The Canadian court acquitted him on the weak grounds that the law on BESTIALITY requires penetration to make it illegal.
Despite making the dog take part in sexual acts with the girls, the court stated that BESTIALITY was often subdued in terms such as sodomy, penetration is the essence and definition of the offence.
Justice Thomas Cromwell, stated that the court did not have the power to rule otherwise since all previous decisions regarding BESTIALITY have always involved penetration, which is an obligatory aspect in such cases.
Parliament, he said, added that term without adding a definition of it in the legislative history, and evolution of the relevant provisions show an intent to depart from the well understood legal meaning of the term.
He added that any expansion of criminal liability for the offence is within parliaments exclusive domain.
The extremely evil and perverse convict used peanut butter to make the dog lick the genitals of the victim, whilst he watched.
The only reason sexual intercourse did not occur between the dog and his step daughter was because the dog was non compliant.
Embarrassing for the Canadian justice system, the acquittal gives a green light for other weird perverts to pursue similar offences and go unpunished.
The fact penetration was not included in the original definition of the act does not mean punishment for a failed attempt of penetration should not have been implemented.
Dlr, or whatever his real name is, is a disgrace to all of humanity, and will hopefully wrought in jail.
