President Trump’s Lawyer Files For Stormy Daniels Debt Of $350k

By Aaron Miller-

An attorney who represented President Donald Trump is pursuing  the $300k owed to the U.S president by porn actress Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford. He is after a $300,000 compensation order against the porn actress  by going after the money from the $450k Daniels won after Ohio police officers illegally arrested her because of a strip show performance.

The attorney for Trump, Charles Harder, is seeking the money for representing Trump after securing what he called a “total victory” against Daniels. The Eye Of Media.Com has been keeping track of this case which continues to build in a litigation battle.   arose when Trump retweeted an image which supposedly showed a sketch of a man who Daniels claimed approached her one day and intimidated her on Trump’s alleged behalf not to reveal intimate details of their alleged affair. Trump cast doubt on the image in a tweet which said:

“A sketch years later about a nonexistent man,” Trump tweeted. “A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!” Offended by the tweet, Daniels sued for defamation of character, and lost in big fashion.

Judge S. James Otero ordered  Daniels pay $292,052.33 to compensate Harder’s efforts and a $1,000 penalty sanction herself under the Texas Citizen Participation Act.  It was cama in action, approximately the same $300k figure the porn actress was quick to receive  from Trump’s election team in hush money, which she dishonoured. Daniels, who has since attended several events which have ridiculously hosted her as a celebrity, appears to have problems in paying the figure owed to Trump. She was quick to receive  $300k hush money to keep quiet, ultimately dishonouring the agreement(to most of the public’s appreciation) but

In July 2018, a group of officers arrested Daniels for touching them at a strip club where Daniels was dancing as a guest performer. After a drop in charges by prosecutors, an internal investigation  revealed that police officials admitted the arrest was “improper” , she was awarded $450,000 in compensation. Trump’s attorney insists the courts should make the payment available from that money

Ms. Daniels is a resident of Texas, owns no real property in California, but  possesses substantial assets in the Southern District of Ohio in the form of the $450,000 in settlement funds being held by that court. Daniels has lodged an appeal against the judgement against her, but representatives of the U.S president say the time period of an appeal has expired. The reality as expressed from top legal counsel is that Daniels does not have much of a chance of winning her appeal, even if accepted.

She is stuck with the consequences of her ill advised decision to sue the president for defamation, regardless of any other flaws he may have had that could have warranted Daniel’s story.
