Peadophile Leeds Woman Facing Jail After Admitting Photographing Children

By Andrew Young-

A woman paedophile who has admitted nine charges of photographing indecent images of children is facing jail, after she appeared at Leeds Crown Court today.

40 year old Michaela Sheldrake admitted a total of nine charges she appeared at Leeds Crown Court today.
The shameful Paedophile changed her plea at the last moment after initially pleading ‘not guilty’ to the offence initially. She looked an evil monster as she pleaded guilty as her charges were read in court, most likely after being advised by her barrister that the evidence against her was overwhelming and that she stands to serve less time by admitting guilt. How much her sentence is cut will be closely scrutinised by the eye of media.com,and other observers who will be present at the final hearing.

Paedophiles should not have their sentence cut drastically just because of an admission of guilt, especially when the evidence against them is overwhelming.

The evil paedophile from Beeston, admitted two charges of taking a total of 356 indecent photographs of a girl aged under 16.
The court heard three of the photographs were classed as category B and 353 were category C.
Sheldrake also admitted two charges of making indecent photographs of a young boy in connection with two images classified in category A – the most serious category – and five in category B.

INCITEMENT

Sheldrake also admitted one charge of inciting a girl aged under 16 to engage in sexual activity, and one charge of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a girl under 16.
She further admitted possessing 78 indecent images and 110 movies of children on a mobile phone.
She also admitted distributing indecent photographs of a child and attempting to pervert the course of justice by encouraging a child to provide false information to police.

Mitigating for the societal misfit, Catherine Silverton said her client had never been before a court before, and asked for sentencing to be adjourned for the preparation of a pre-sentence report. Investigating officers took three years to bring this case to court, after facing challenges of fact verification and other sources of necessary evidence.

Releasing Sheldrake on conditional bail, Recorder Patrick Palmer told her: “I’m going to adjourn your case for so that a psychological report and a probation report can be prepared.

“The fact that the case is being adjourned should not be taken as any indication of sentence. All options remain open.

“I regard custody as almost inevitable in your case, you must understand that.”

Paedo Shedrake is to return to court on a date next year, after a date is fixed. The judge has clearly stated that a custodial sentence is almost inevitable, but we must not be surprised if a report highlighting a high degree of mental illness is presented to the court. Sheldrake will surely try every trick in the book to get away under diminishing responsibility by claiming mental health issues that will instead see her put in a mental ward. She will no doubt fear attacks rom violent inmates who generally adopt a ‘better than thou’ attitude when it comes to the outcasts of society called paedophiles.

The eye of emdia.com will definitely keep tabs on this case and report on its final conclusion.
