Meghan Markle’s brother latest claim that his sister, The Duchess Of Sussex, is ”very selfish” and self centred’, and ‘shallow’, has further stirred opposing emotions amongst her critics and supporters.
A group of analysts, who amongst other topics in the media, have been studying the public comments and opinion in the media about the Duke and Duchess Of Sussex in the media, are divided on how the negative publicity about Meghan Markle from her own family should impact on how her true character should be perceived, and the position this publication should take on her.
One member of our Thinktank who insisted on anonymity said; ”when a Duchess like Meghan Markle has her father, half brother and half sister, condemning her repeatedly so often, it’s time to take a close look and see her for what she is.
‘Meghan has divided the Uk, but doesn’t even have her own family on her side, except for her mother. Her brother warned her husband before she married into the royal family, now we have seen the mess that has happened.
‘This organisation was right to dish out fair criticism against Piers Morgan for his harsh rejection of her claims to suicide, but is yet to squarely call out her selfish attitude which is plain to see.
‘She seeks every opportunity to seek out publicity, advises the U.S Congress openly, even though she knows it is against the traditions of the royal family. She is an attention seeker, just like her family who are rightfully attacking her.
‘Surely, they are cut from the same cloth, except that they have real anger and bitterness against her for being so cold, as her brother says”.
As the Big Brother VIP Australia’s drammatic virtual reality tv return began today, Meghan Markle’s brother,Thomas Markle Jr, took his opportunity to slate his sister openly as he admitted his fame was on the back of his sister’s name. whom he discredited openly.
Introducing himself to the cameras as he began the Big Brother house, Thomas Markle Junior said: “I’m Thomas Markle Jr, my sister is Meghan Markle, Prince Harry is my brother-in-law. That’s how I got famous.”
He added: “The letter that I wrote to Prince Harry was 100% honest and heartfelt. You can’t treat your family like you are embarrassed at where they come from.
“She’s very selfish, self-centred, I think she’s very shallow. You are never too good for anybody ever. It’s rude to treat people like that.”
He was referring to the 2018 open letter he wrote to Harry, saying his wedding would be “the biggest mistake in royal wedding history”.
The letter, first revealed in Touch Weekly magazine, read: “As more time passes to your royal wedding, it becomes very clear that this is the biggest mistake in royal wedding history.
” Meghan Markle is obviously not the right woman for you.

“I’m confused why you don’t see the real Meghan that the whole world now sees.
“Meghan’s attempt to act the part of a princess like a below C average Hollywood actress is getting old.”
He told housemates the last time he saw Meghan was at his grandmother’s funeral in 2011.
He said they were close before she moved to Canada.
When asked if they’d stopped talking, he said: “She stopped… as soon as she… I mean, you know that’s like the big thing now, is like what happened to her? You know. Nobody can figure it out.
“Money changed her I guess. Money and fame just went to her head really bad.”

Thomas said his sister changed after she landed her role in US legal drama Suits.
Thomas went on: “I guess when you’re introduced in that society. I mean like that one per cent society, which is most likely the reason that happened to her.
“You know when you have that much money, you don’t even get in trouble, you know.”Thomas also spoke about Meghan’s first marriage to movie producer Trevor Engelson, who he says “adored” Meghan.
He told his housemates she had dumped him and sent the ring to him in the post.
“Harry’s on the chopping block next. The only difference between then and now is that prior [to Harry marrying Meghan] he had a smile all over his face in photos, all the ones after he doesn’t.”
Thomas Markle Jnr also told housemates that it wouldn’t surprise him if she went for president in the future, adding that she would do a ‘good job”, as he confirmed her natural drive to determination.
The comments made by Meghan’s brother, not for the first time, has revived pressure from critics of The Duchess Of Sussex on The Eye Of Media’s Think Tank to further examine Meghan Markle’s public standing, given the stream of allegations from her own family.
Supporters of The Duchess Of Sussex say her family are simply jealous of her rise to fame since marrying into the royal family.
They argue that given weight to criticism from her family would strengthen the position of online trolls, and her enemies in the media, in light of the constant attacks she has received.
Analyst, Amie Smart said: ‘The division in Meghan Markle’s family is not a good look, especially with her father having never met her grandchildren.
‘She is obviously very bitter at the fact he sold stories to the media against her wishes, and his subsequent attacks on her publicly would have done little to heal the rift between them.
‘The racism she has received on social media in the past few yearshas been totally unacceptable, but we also can’tcompletly ignore allegations of selfishness and being cold.
‘We don’t know exactly why she dumped her first husband the way she did, it’s all a bit suspect, but there is a balance to be struck between dishing out fierce criticism against her like everyone else, and assessing her critics’.
Mental health analyst, Deon Vrnhoven added: ”Her reaction to her family is ofcourse a bit worrying, but we cannot also ignore the ongoing mental health issues she must have been facing, giving some of the victimisation she has suffered in the media, by Piers Morgan, andthose she claims to have experienced in the royal family.
‘It would affect her judgementin many ways, which is why this publication must take a sensible and careful approach in evaluating her reaction to her family’.
Analysis
A thorough analysis on what to make of Meghan Markle’s broken family and their fall out with her is yet to come from this organisation, but has been set back by internal disagreements as to whether we should speak with a unified voice on the matter, or feature different views on it.
The former seems unlikely, but the goal is for a true objective position about it.
