Isis Bride Shamina Begum Must Pay Price Of Her Evil Heart

By James Simons-

Isis bride, Shemina  Begum must not be allowed back into the Uk, after expressing a lack of remorse for her actions.

The 21 year old, who left the Uk to join Isis poses a serious danger to the British public if she were allowed back to our shores. Talk of rehabilitation and close monitoring ignores the fact she can never live a safe and normal life in Britain again. Her unborn child also potentially poses a serious threat  to the British public if  Begum were to be jailed for her actions in Syria, and her son were to grow up with this knowledge.  Begum has already told the British press she was fine with the sight of beheadings, and had no remorse for her decision to join the notorious terror group. However, she said the British public should have sympathy for her  and allow her back into the country.

She was only 15 at the time of her departure, making her an under aged girl  when she left. Some have risen to her defence for this reason, but when it comes to matters of  national security, the British Government must exercise a zero tolerance to extremism, and punish all those prepared to kill lives in the name of terrorism. She was old enough to know what she was doing, and must live with the consequences of her actions.

Her family lawyer, working on a pro bono basis, says the implementation of the rule of law should grant her a safe return to the country to face justice in Britain. He told the This Morning program that she is in a camp with 39,000 other people, many of whom are of ISIS orientation, and that her statements on camera are simply a reflection of keeping herself safe when the cameras are off. Akinjee has criticised the Metropolitan police and Tower Hamlets Council for a litany of failures that led to the ease with which Begum was able to leave the Uk to join Isis in Syria.

Accusing them of  “either severe negligence or a cover-up”, he said a case review ought to have been carried out. Maybe he is right, but no amount of negligence by any group or body can excuse the evil acts of terrorism. The British Government has already said they have the powers to revoke the citizenship of all those who take part in terrorism, such a hard line is what is necessary to demonstrate the serious response of the government to terrorist and all who support terrorism
