CCTV CAPTURE: POLICE RELEASE PICTURE OF DANGEROUS ASSAILANT WHO ROBBED TWO PASSENGERS OF MOBILE PHONE

Individuals like the guy pictured about is every passengers nightmare, and this guy needs to be caught urgently.

The last thing any passenger needs is an idiot who thinks he can behave the way he likes and escape punishment. Cops from Brent’s safer transport team are appealing for help in identifying the suspect pictured above seen punching a 44-year-old man in the face as he waited to get off a Route N18 bus from Piccadilly to Wembley.

It has taken over six months for police to identify the suspect and release an image of the man who on June 11 last year around 4.40am assaulted an individual and subsequently robbed two individuals of their mobile phones. Blatant robberies are common place in West London where a taste for the high life is pretty high among high earners and crooks alike.

After giving the 44-year-old man a bloody nose, the suspect got off the bus and then re-boarded, armed with an object he used to try and attack the victim a second time. The victim desperately used his rucksack to shield himself from the further attack which could have led to serious injury. The suspect eventually ran off after appalled onlookers shouted at him demanding he left the victim alone.

A few minutes later, two other passengers aged 24 and 28, got off the same bus and were assaulted and robbed of their mobile phones by the same suspect. He most likely took offence to their vocal condemnation of his earliest attack.

The 24-year-old suffered cuts to his head and was taken to hospital requiring stitches.Described as having a middle Eastern appearance man in his 20s, he had short dark hair and a goatee beard. and was wearing a camouflage hat and dark clothing. He quite possibly has shaved that beard in an attempt to disguise his appearance, but he can’t shave his facial features.

Individuals who attack people in full view of witnesses are not only self centered, they are also very stupid and in need of a reality check. Many times they also suffer from complex mental health problems.

Anybody with vital information is urged to call crime stoppers on 0800 555 111 or speak to Police Sergeant Chris Simpkins on 020 8733 3856, quoting reference number 182666.
