Kylie Minogue’s new vintage of rose wine will be sold at the Bradford-based Morrison stores across the country.
The Aussie star who has been praised for her willingness to quarantine for 14 days without raising any issues, is seeing her products spread in a way soon to match the success of her songs.
Launching exclusively in Morrisons, the Kylie Minogue Côtes de Provence rosé (2020 vintage) will join two of her signature wines – Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé – on shelves.
With the others in her range already popular with Morrisons customers, the latest is sure to be a number 1 hit with all the lovers of wine, and Kylie alike.
The wine is a pretty pale peach colour with aromas of pink grapefruit, watermelon and lemon blossom. It is already selling well in Tesco after an initial August launch
Delicate and fruity with alluring aromas of crisp summer berries and blossom, the wine is made from perfectly ripe, sun-drenched grapes from south facing vineyards, this French rosé is delicious on its own or pairs beautifully with salads and seafood.
Morrisons took to Instagram on Wednesday (January 27) to launch the new product which is available online and in-stores.
Emma Jenkinson, wine buying manager at Morrisons, said: “The Kylie Wine range has proved very popular with our customers, so it’s brilliant to be able to launch the new Provence Rosé exclusively at Morrisons.
“It really is a delicious wine and looks fabulous on shelves, so we’ve got no doubt it’ll be a number 1 hit.”
Meanwhile, the retailer’s very own Kylie (Kylie Collins), 34, from the Norwich store has officially raised a glass in celebration.
Kylie, aged 34, stacked the first bottles available to buy and was spotted singing along to Kylie classics in the aisles. She said that she felt lucky, lucky, lucky to be asked to be the first to unveil the new rosé in store, and on having her first taste of the new tipple commented that it tasted like a ‘fine wine’.
Kylie Minogue Côtes de Provence Rosé 2020 (13% ABV) goes for £15 exclusively at Morrisons.
