Stormy Daniel’s attorneys have not been paid for representing her in law suits against Ohio Capital City in relation to wrongful arrest, court filings on Monday reveal. Apparently, lawyers were acting on behalf of Daniels on the good faith of later payment are now demanding their pay before they press on with their client’s claims.
The filing on Monday states that competing claims for settlement dollars don’t have an interest “superior to” their own, according to the filing, relayed to The Eye Of Media.Com by close links with the Associated Press.
Daniels was paid $300,000 hush money by Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen, who eventually pleaded guilty in August to tax crimes, lying to Congress and campaign finance violations and begins a three-year prison term in next May. Cohen himself has filed a law suit against Trump, on the grounds that the Trump organisation owes him $1.9m for representing his defence but seized payments in the wake of the attorney’s co-operation with Federal prosecutors in relation to investigations associated with Russia.
