Harry and Meghan Markle have broken records after hitting one million followers within the first hour.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex launched their official account, @SussexRoyal, on Tuesday, well over a year after Meghan deleted all of her social media pages and closed down her personal blog,
Within the first five hours and 45 minutes of being on the platform, the royal couple hit 1 million followers. The accomplishment has earned them a spot in the Guinness World Records book for the fastest time to reach that number. The pair hit 3 million followers after sharing two posts by the end of the day.
It comes after recent press coverage claiming that Meghan was to be deprived of iconic jewellery which Kate Middleton, The Dutch Of Cambridge will continue to wear. The ban according to The Sun Newspaper was because The Queen was less than impressed with Meghan’s behaviour before her wedding to Prince Harry. The newspaper’s source did not specify what the bad behaviour of Meghan was before the wedding, or the demands Meghan was allegedly making.
The claim has reportedly been challenged about its accuracy by some insiders that say the ban is meant to be temporary. It comes after the Eye Of Media.Com stumbled on a Daily Express Online article that added extra words to an article from a quote given by an expert about Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and Prince Williams. The Sun Newspaper are known to have a lot of contacts to The Royal family, though the accuracy of every claim made in relation to inside gossip, is a matter of trust or doubt. Buckingham Palace declined to comment.
The story may be true or inaccurate, but it reveals an every interesting and ongoing script in the this segment of the Royal family’s experience. Details will always be under close examination.
