An ignorant mother from Phoneix, Arizona applied a Taser on her teenage son in order to wake him up for church on Easter Sunday, it has been revealed. Sharron Dobbins, 40 was livid at her 16 year old son when she discovered he wanted to hang out with his friends instead of going to Church on Easter Sundays. She was arrested at her home near Central Avenue and Buckeye Road.
The ignorant mother who raised her children in the Christian faith was unmoved when her son told her he would call the police. Instead of enjoying her Easter breaks in peace, she spent the remainder of the holiday in a jail cell after another teenage family member claimed to have witnessed the stunning occurrence. She was charged with one count of child abuse.
Court documents revealed that Dobbins struck her sixteen year old son’s left leg with a contact Taser, leaving two bumps on his leg where the weapon made contact. Despite the reports, Dobbins claims that she didn’t do anything wrong, as she trying to tell her kids to ‘put God first’ and only sparked the Taser as a warning.
She said one of her teenagers had been rude to her and was speaking back when told to send his friends home, so that the family could go to church.
“He said some cuss words to me, and he said that his friends don’t have to go anywhere,” Dobbins stated. She went Dobbins said she was at least five feet away from her son at the time.
“I had the taser in my hand, and I made the noise with the taser, and so, he was like, ‘I’m calling police’,” said Dobbins. If her son said cuss words to her , it suggests they do not respect their mother.

‘I said “Get up! It’s Jesus Day!” I made the noise with the Taser, but I did not taser my son.’ Her claim that it was Jesus day is ludicrous in the context of her violent conduct. She is a poor representative of Jesus’s principles. Dobbins later claimed that her teenage sons were putting their friends first, as they refused to go to the service at Greater New Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Phoenix, AZ . The fact her son had made altered plans to hang out with friends suggests that he hasn’t felt impacted by the Church on the occasions he has attended. It also suggests that his mother does not lead by good example, her judgment in committing violence in order to get her son to Church makes her a big hypocrite.
The stun gun was seized and used as evidence . The teenager had two small bumps on his leg in a spot where he claimed he was tasered, according to the police report.
Phoenix police also claimed that Dobbins physically harmed her son, but her sixteen year-old son told the authorities that he did not want to testify against her. He did he complain of any injuries despite the sores on his leg, but clearly wanted to report his mother for her foolish actions.
The Judge later released Dobbins on the condition that she does not make any contact with the officer or possess any weapons including the stun gun. Dobbins is due back in court on April 16th. In the meantime, her son will stay with relatives.
