A law suit filled by Bobbi Kristina Brown’s conservative alleges that Nick Gordon assaulted Brown and took thousands of dollars from her without her permission. The suit accuses Gordon of assault , battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, also claiming that he attacked her to the extent of knocking her tooth out and stealing in excess of $11,000(£7,000) Gordon, who has made requests to visit Kristina , has been repeatedly turned down by the family of both Brown and Houston because of their their negative views about him.
The daughter of the late Whitney Houston who was found unresponsive in a bath tub in February this year, has been moved to Peachtree Christian hospice, about an hour away from her home in Atlanta where the unfortunate incident occurred, and the family of both the Brown’s and the Houston have gathered around her, offering prayers and still hopeful for some sort of miraculous recovery. Sadly, such recovery is unlikely to materialize because Kristina has been diagnosed with irreversible brain damage.

The $10m legal action filed by Brown’s court-appointed conservator,Bedelia Hargrove told People magazine in a statement:. “I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured.” The civil suit additionally claims she married Brown after she inherited a substantial amount of money. Most damaging is the claim that Bobbi Kristina confided to an unnamed person that Gordon ”was not the man she thought he was”, and that the hospitalized daughter of the late Whitney Houston, made plans for them to meet on January 31 and talk about it
Court papers claim she never made it to the meeting and became ”embroiled in a loud argument” with Gordon, which ended with her “face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out”.
Gordon was partly brought up by Whitney Houston, and the couple’s relationship became public after Houston died.
Police were called to Brown’s home in suburban Atlanta on 31 January, in response to a “drowning”.
Months of treatment in two Atlanta hospitals and a rehab facility, including being placed in an induced coma have been to no avail.
A statement released by Brown’s aunt Pat Houston on behalf of the family said that “despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate, as of today, she has been moved into hospice care.”
“We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”
UNCANNY
The case which bares an uncanny similarity to her mother’s death was adjudged an accidental drowning due to the effects of cocaine use and heart disease, but we at eye of media are very suspicious of this conclusion. We believe something untoward took place, and the state in which she was found was staged. However, this is for the police to continue to investigate, as without evidence, all else is speculation
