Why Tyson Fury’s 19 Stone Frame Could Be Dangerous For Wilder

Why Tyson Fury’s 19 Stone Frame Could Be Dangerous For Wilder

By Tim Parsons-

Tyson Fury has posted a dangerous looking image of himself on instagram which looks dangerous for WBC champion, Deontey Wilder.

The ‘Gypsy King’  who boxed brilliantly for his first fight against Wilder in December 2018 is determined to stop American knock out artist, Wilder, in two rounds when they meet on February 22 in Las Vegas. Fury posted a picture of himself on instagram where he claimed to be over 19 stonne, Fury said on Instagram: “Solid as a rock. 19stone, 270lbs coming for Deontay Wilder.”

If Fury comes  in at 270lbs, the Brit would be over a stone heavier than he was against Wallin and almost a stone heavier than he was against Wilder in their first bout. If he is still mobile, he could be dangerous.  Fury is unbeaten in 29 fights and is very mobile for a big man his size.

The extra weight will add snap to his punch if he still moves as well at 19 stone as he did in their first fight.   Fury is believed to be technically the best of the current leading heavyweight of boxers, but Wilder’s punch is rated the hardest in heavyweight history.  He survived the punch twice last time, this time he plans  to use a physical and psychological  3 stone advantage to win. If it turns out to be an advantage, Wilder could be in trouble because with speed and determination, Fury could be a serious threat to Wilder’s throne.

Wilder’s threat remains the same, which is that all he needs is one second. Which may force Fury to use his speed and skills to get there first.
