Stormy Daniels has been further empowered financially after President Trump’s former personal attorney, reportedly signed a settlement agreement with earlier this month to eject two cases the adult film star filed against him. Cohen signed the agreement on June 6 and entered into the settlement “to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation[.]”
The settlement also reportedly resolves another suit Daniels filed against Cohen in which Daniels accused Cohen of “colluding with her former attorney, Keith Davidson” while arranging a hush-money payment to keep her quiet about her alleged affair with the president. In a statement, Cohen said he settled because he no longer wanted to “defend and protect the man who continuously attacks me and my family[.]” “It’s time he answers to the American people for his own dirty deeds,” he was quoted as saying. An attorney for Daniels reportedly declined to comment.
Michael Avenatti, was last month was charged by prosecutors in the SDNY with misappropriating nearly $300,000 owed to Daniels for her book advance and using the money to cover his hotel stays, monthly payments on a Ferrari, and dry cleaning. Avenatti denied any wrongdoing.)
The signed agreement also settles a third suit, in which Daniels accused him of colluding with her former attorney, Keith Davidson, against her interests following the negotiation of hush-money payment. Daniels settled with Davidson on that complaint last month. Avenatti has declined to comment, but the settlement means Daniels bank account balance will be healthier than it was previously, expanding her ability to continue to be paraded as a celebrity of sorts even where she is no more than a fortunate whore who ran into some riches because of her believable claim to have slept wit U.S president Donald Trump.
An order by a judge for Daniels to pay Trump $293,000 may have out her out of pocket for a while, though Daniels has made notable efforts to make a fair bit of money through several appearances at venues where she is ludicrously and ignorantly considered as some kind of celebrity. The star treatment given to her by many groups and organisation is a disgraceful way for those placing her on a high pedestal of showing their very limited worth in terms of class and exposure. Like they say, money talks in all corners of the world, but when it blinds the mind from straight and rational thinking, it also exposes the failings of those minds no matter their accomplishments in other areas.
It is unclear whether Daniels has paid Trump the six figure sum ordered by the judge. The White House has not commented to our enquiries about this, perhaps choosing to want it ti slide away as fast as possible because Of Daniels continuous buzz like an irritating fly.
