The royal family is very unhappy with Prince and plan to distance them for the foreseeable future, according to sources close to the royal family.
Prince William is also unlikely to invite his brother to his own coronation, according to sources close to the royal family, sources said.
Tensions in the family remain unresolved, the Kings coronation not making it any easier for Prine Harry, who revealed in his book Spare that he and his brother begged their father not to marry Camilla. Unsolved issues mean the duke of sussex still does not feel comfortable around his own family, with some analysts suggesting he did not approve of the coronation of his father and Camilla Parker Bowler.
Some mental health experts have suggested that media reports of how far from the king the duke of sussex was positioned to sit only serves to badly worsen an already very difficult set of situations and relationships in the royal family.
The claim that the sussexes will be distanced for the foreseeable future reported in The Sun is likely to intensify the strain in the family, after Prince Harry rushed off to the U.S within 24 hours of the coronation which his wife Meghan did not attend.
The couple have already long been distanced from the family over the several media revelations about the royal family, including the Netflix docuseries and the interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021.
However, what is yet to be tackled are the many issues that have generated all the ill feeling between the parties, with no forum for such discussions and evaluations on the table.
The prospect of the couple being distanced for the foreseeable future means it could spread to their children if the pain is not properly addressed before they grow up.
