Rogue Landlord Has One Of His Flats Repossessed By Bank Of Ireland

By James Simons-

Rogue landlord, mr. Crow has had one of the flats of his estimated £600,000 repossessed this morning by County Court Baliffs from Southend On Sea. They were acting on behalf of Bank Of Ireland, mr.Crow’s  mortgage lenders.

Baliffs let themselves into the notorious landlord’s property in  Southend On Sea Essex yesterday morning, after receiving multiple warnings to address his arrears, which total £11, 221.39. The total capital owed on the flat is £65,000, and it is worth an between £160-£170,000. His neighbours desperately want him out of the area, and complain about the unsightly state of his front and back premises, as well as the  antisocial behaviour of his residents.  His property is frequently attended by police over conflict or nuisance behaviour- they have been called five times in the last week alone.

The 70 year old self professed humanitarian, whose poor management of the property he uses to accommodate the homeless has long irked his neighbours,  ran out of luck after failing to keep up to date with one of his arrears.  The property is situated in a highly sought after part of Essex, very close to the sea front where multitudes flock in the hot summer to let their hair down.

Crow’s previous financial  support from housing benefit to pay for the rent of his tenants was stopped after a criminal behaviour order(CBO) was imposed on him by Basildon Crown Court last September . The order was imposed following a conviction for statutory  breaches at the property. The conditions of  the CBO order was reportedly prohibition from having visitors at the property or renting it out. The vocal and defiant landlord contests the legitimacy of the court order, but has a scheduled court case for breaching the order on May 15.

Two representatives of the court on Thursday used a slip  to enter his property, went up to the third floor where they removed its contents and boarded it up. Two individuals asleep in the property were also driven out of it.

Livid at the action, mr.Crow called The Eye Of Media.Com and said: ”This is the outcome of a longstanding conspiracy against me by Southend Council. They have disabled my income and although I have tried hard to maintain my arrears, they was no way I was going to maintain them all. This is an absolute nightmare, I am very distraught by this.

It seems everybody is against me. Somebody needs to hold this corrupt council to account . Can’t you see this people are trying to bankrupt me”?I hope Southend Council burn in hell”.

Stuart Mazirrel, one of the two representatives of the County Court told The Eye Of Media.Com: ”Mr.crow was provided with warnings through several letters to make payments to cover his arrears
