Rochford Woman Charged With 7 Year Old’s Murder

By Sammie Jones-

A woman has been charged with murder following the death of a 7 year old  boy in Rochford.

Christina Acres, 36, of Rochford Garden Way, Rochford, appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court today. She has been remanded into custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court tomorrow. The court tomorrow will be filled with shock family members, friends, and even curious neighbours who would never have expected a charge as serious as murder to be mentioned in the same breath as Christina Acres. However, police believe they have enough evidence to secure a conviction, and this is what makes this a shocking case that will grab the attention of the whole Uk media.

The victim, who has been named as  7 year old George Acres  of Rochford Garden Way, was found at an address in Rochford Garden Way at around 9.50am on Monday and sadly died in hospital a short while later. He died whilst visiting his grandparents in what has been described as very disturbing circumstances. A post mortem is due to be carried out tomorrow to establish how George died.Acres and her son George had recently moved back into the family home after she split with her partner – NHS security guard Gary Acres, 46.A post mortem examination to establish the cause of his death is due to take place tomorrow. The area has been cordoned off and residents are pretty shocked at the news.

The tragic death is an example of the level of brutality some people execute against children, although there are children that can be a real nightmare. Acres deserves the right of a defense, but whispers heard by The Eye Of Media.Com  point to an impulsive reaction to a child who was very rude, confrontational, and challenging in some circumstances. Ofcourse, this can never excuse violent action that leads to murder, but this killing has horrified the community of Rochford.
