Racist Trump Supporters Cheered As Republican Mary Miller Thanks Abortion Ruling For Saving White Life

By  Dominic Taylor-

Racist U.S crowds cheered as Republican Mary Miller(pictured)  called the overturning of Roe v Wade  a ‘victory for white life’, only to later claim she made an error and meant to say right to life.

Her claim to have made an error was unconvincing, but looked more like a statement designed to test the boundaries of daring remarks which can later be retracted under the pathetic guise of a mistake for gullible hearers to consume.

If her loud and clear racially charged comments were truly co-incidental, the deafening cheers and applause was not, neither was Donald Trump’s relaxed and comfortable smile at the foolish crowd that idolised him.

Illinois Republican Mary Miller  sounded every bit racist as she addressed  a crowd at a rally held alongside former president Donald Trump that the supreme court’s decision to overturn Roe v Wade was a “victory for white life”. More shocking was the cheering from the crowd who were clearly celebrating a racist pronouncement, with no concern of its implications. Donald Trump, who has in the past accused of racist conduct was predictably looked unconcerned about her openly racist comments, which she would later conveniently deny.

“President Trump, on behalf of all the Maga patriots in America, I want to thank you for the historic victory for white life in the supreme court yesterday,” she said, drawing large cheers from the crowd in Illinois.

Miller is running for re-election in the state’s newly redrawn 15th congressional district against GOP Republican Rodney Davis with the former president’s blessing. She had been invited on stage to speak by Trump, who held the rally in Mendon, Illinois, to turn out the vote ahead of the state’s primary on Tuesday.

Miller’s spokesperson said the Illinois Republican had intended to say the decision was a victory for a “right to life”, but many observers have quietly been cynical of her claims, and believe it could have been deliberate.

” I don’t see how she could have made an error like that, Benjamin Williams, 29 from Illinois said. ‘White and Right to life are not that similar. If you have right to life, written on paper, it is difficult to understand, how anybody mixes that up for white. She knew what she was doing”. Another Abraham Davis

“You can clearly see in the video … she’s looking at her papers and looking at her speech,” Wartman said.

Her campaign noted that she is the grandmother of several non-white grandchildren, including one with Down syndrome, but not all people of color believe that having relatives of color automatically precludes a white person from being capable of racism.

The  congresswoman, who was among those who voted to overturn the results of the 2020 election, has previously come under criticism for quoting Adolf Hitler.

“Hitler was right on one thing. He said, ‘Whoever has the youth has the future,’” Miller said in a speech last year, according to video posted by WCIA-TV. She later apologized after Democrats in Illinois called for her resignation.

The idea of the “great replacement theory”, a racist ideology that alleges white people and their influence are being “replaced” by people of color has recently been highlighted by extreme far right groups who claim that increased levels of immigration is  competing dominance with a predominantly white demography.

During the rally, Trump claimed credit for his role in the supreme court’s ruling on Friday ending the constitutional right to abortion. He noted that in 2016, he promised to appoint judges who opposed abortion rights. The three conservative justices he appointed all voted in favor over overturning Roe v Wade.

“Yesterday the court handed down a victory for the constitution, a victory for the rule of law, and above all, a victory for life,” he told the crowd, which broke into a chant of “Thank you Trump”.

The crowd was blind to the pain and destabilisation that automatically results from a law that shows no consideration to the rights of women, but only promoting the ends of individual interests.
