Published Report: Ufos Pose Safety Or Flight Issue And May Pose Challenge To National Security

By Aaron Miller-

Ufos clearly pose a safety of flight issue and may pose a challenge to U.S. national security, a report on Ufos, now refereed as Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), according to a preliminary report.

Provided by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) in consultation with The Secretary Of Defense, a broad review is directed towards the progressive understanding of all potential threats to national security posed by UAP’s.

An exhaustive conclusion on the phenomenon of Ufos would be research intensive, therefore  requiring additional funding and investment to further  future study of the topics laid out in its preliminary report, the writers of the nine page report also said. While falling short of any definitive explanation for the countless sightings of inexplicable objects displaying magical speed and propulsion, the report acknowledged the reality of safety concerns and a potential threat to national security; simultaneously highlighting potential explanations for the unexplained objects.

Safety concerns primarily center on aviators contending with an increasingly cluttered air domain ,and UAP would also represent a national security challenge if they are foreign adversary collection platforms or provide evidence a potential adversary has developed either a breakthrough or disruptive technology, it adds.

”It could pose a broader danger if some instances represent sophisticated collection against U.S. military activities by a foreign government or demonstrate a breakthrough aerospace technology by a potential adversary”, the report states. The premise of the above concern expressed ignores the extraterrestrial notion underlying the phenomenon at hand, associating threat to security with a replication of the external concept of unknown objects at hand.

The relevant question here relates to the existence or otherwise of a threat to national security caused by objects or technology foreign to all of mankind, not by foreign entities from within this earthly dimension.  In that sense the temporary assessments in relation to the points of concern are mistaken, or deliberately set to deflect attention from the real issue of inquiry.

”When aviators encounter safety hazards, they are required to report these concerns. Depending
on the location, volume, and behavior of hazards during incursions on ranges, pilots may cease their tests and/or training and land their aircraft, which has a deterrent effect on reporting”, the report included.

Past accounts of pilots whose flights were interrupted by Unidentifiable Flying Objects, suggests a high percentage of reporting and documenting of the experience of pilots.

Speculation

The report was speculative in some respects of its analysis, as it explored potential causative elements of the objects that have mystified scientists and researchers for donkey years.

”The UAP documented in this limited dataset demonstrate an array of aerial behaviors, reinforcing the possibility there are multiple types of UAP requiring different explanations. Our analysis of the data supports the construct that if and when individual UAP incidents are resolved they will fall into one of five potential explanatory categories: airborne clutter, natural atmospheric phenomena, USG or industry developmental programs, foreign adversary systems, and a catchall “other” bin.

With the exception of the one instance where we determined with
high confidence that the reported UAP was airborne clutter, specifically a deflating balloon, we
currently lack sufficient information in our dataset to attribute incidents to specific explanations

There is an absence of data to indicate any UAP are part of a foreign collection program or indicative of a major technological advancement by a potential adversary, the authors said as they  continue to monitor for evidence of such programs , given the counter intelligence challenge they would pose.

It points out that some UAP have been detected near military facilities or by aircraft carrying the USG’s most
advanced sensor systems.

The long awaited report on Ufos was published on Friday , and explicitly said  to have been prepared for the Congressional Intelligence and Armed Services Committees.

It descriptively provides an overview for policymakers of the challenges associated with characterizing the potential threat posed by UAP ,while also providing a means to develop relevant processes, policies, technologies, and training for the U.S. military and other U.S, it said.

It was designed  to enhance the Intelligence Community’s (IC) ability to understand the threat. The Director, UAPTF, is the accountable official for ensuring the timely collection and consolidation of data on UAP.

The dataset described in the report is said to be limited primarily to U.S. Government reporting of incidents occurring from November 2004 to March 2021. The report describes  limited data and inconsistency in reporting as key challenges to evaluating UAP. No standardized reporting mechanism existed until the Navy established one in March 2019. The Air Force subsequently adopted that mechanism in November 2020, but it remains limited to
USG reporting.

Far from conclusive, the report said data and analysis is ongoing, while also revealing its present assessment of the phenomenon that has baffled and enthused researchers and ordinary members of the American public for decades. n The report  stated that in a limited number of incidents, UAP  appeared to exhibit unusual flight
characteristics. These observations could be the result of sensor errors, spoofing, or observer misperception and require additional rigorous analysis.

More impressive reports and analysis of Ufos have been documented and released to various publications by researchers interested in this topic.  The details of its report was not as deep as ufologists and researchers on the topic expected it to be.  Other experts on the subject are convinced there has been a cost/benefit analysis of providing a full uncensored report about a topic that could have wide ranging ramifications on history and future generations.

The report itself is to be subject to careful analysis by several experts and researchers, among which The Eye Of Media has been invited to take part. Understanding the ifs and why of mysterious extraterrestrial phenomena must also extend to the potential reasons the powers that be may not be fully objective or co-operative in disclosing all they know or perceive to the international public.

Security is always an important issue in all respects, and the valued concern not to unduly alarm or panic the public, has always been a consideration factored into every important equation. Most researchers do  not believe there is any need for alarm or panic, because if there exists more advanced life out there with masterful technology superior to ours, understanding their make up and wider purposes is key to our own advancement.

So far, they have not constituted any serious hazard to change the course of mankind, and have reportedly signaled the tendency to interfere with our missile systems positively to restrict its capacity for mass danger. Objects circulating our universe conveys  the existence of a higher consciousness out there which is our duty to understand.

In the same way there are good and bad actors in our universe, the same may apply to the system that governs aliens, if they truly exist. Understanding how negative actors may be policed in that dimension requires plenty of accurate information and analysis, making intelligent hypothesis from which logical answers can be derived.
