Prince Harry Happy To Swap Royal Titles For Independence

By Lucy Caulkett

Prince Harry is happy with the current state of affairs that allows him financial independence and not use his royal titles, if expert analysis is to be believed.

Although he may not have seen the stringent order that demands he does not use the royal titles coming, it is a price he is prepared to pay for the independence he wants. Public opinion has been split on Prince Harry ever since his decision to step away from royal duties, but there appears to be more people who feel he and his new wife Meghan Markle were wrong to make their decision to step aside

”After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution. We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen.

It is with your encouragement, particularly over the last few years, that we feel prepared to make this adjustment”, Harry said after announcing his joint decision with Meghan to step back from royal duties.

Harry recently sacked all his press aides appointed from the royal family in a statement intended to set a landmark to the transition in his future with Meghan Markle. He had enough of what he saw as media bullying against his wife and kicked into action a desire he had always had to be a free man. Whether Meghan was actually being bullying has always been debatable, with some saying the media has only been publishing facts about the couple. Against that has been evidence of some inaccuracies that has been published by the media about prince Harry and Meghan Markle which has raised valid questions about their motives.

Journalists who desire continued access at royal occasions are generally believed not to have engaged in gossip and speculation about the couple, whom despite the strip of their titles are known to be of royal orientation.
