A weirdo primary school teacher who sent explicit images of himself to a fake young girl is facing jail.
Timothy Lloyd who teaches at Our Lady of Assumption school in Tile Hill, sent perverted images to pedophile hunters, thinking he was sending the images to a young under aged 13 year old. The 32 year old paedo had previously warned youngsters through tweets about the dangers of the internet. Little did his pupils know that he was a paedo himself whom they should be wary of.
The fake teenage girl, known as ‘Crystal’, was a member of the Lady Godiva Hunters – a paedophile hunting group – and confronted him at his home in Tile Hill on Sunday. Lloyd pleaded guilty to attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child under 16.
As Lloyd was led away, one of the group shouted to him while brandishing a picture: “That is your w****, mate. You see that, that’s what you sent to a 13-year-old.”

Last September, Lloyd re-tweeted a post about the dangers of images on social media, adding the words: “Never to early in the year to look at e-safety! #e safety”. The original tweet was from Northamptonshire County Council’s online safety advisor, and included the image of a poster which read: “Parents! Is it your childs (sic) first day back at school, or first day at school?“Social media is full of children in school uniforms!! Be aware!! 88% of images are taken from social media sites and put on websites without us even realising!!”
Children at Our lady of Assumption school were horrified at the revelation- they had wrongly assumed he was a normal caring teacher. One 14 year old at the school told the eye of media.com ‘’ it is so weird and disturbing when you discover a paedo has been teaching in your school. You look back and think of many of his mannerisms and many jokes he cracked, and it starts to add up that he was a pedophiles, but at the time nobody knew’’.
A lot of students are now guessing whether there could be any more pedophile teachers in our school, but innocent teachers are now being joked about as a possibility’’. Speculating who else might be a pedophile is unhelpful and should be avoided, but children in schools need to be very wary. The story was brought to our attention by the parent of a child in the school close to myself.
A spokesman for the Lady Godiva Hunters said today: “We, as a group, urge the public not to contact any members of his family, including his parents or his children, or go to the family home.”
At Coventry Magistrates’ Court, prosecutor Baldev Atwal said it was made “abundantly clear” to Lloyd that the ‘girl’ he was speaking to was only 13 years old.
