Porn Actress Defies $130,000 Hush Money In Law Suit Against Trump

By James Simons-

An adult film actress has launched a suit against U.S President Donald Trump, despite being paid $130,000 hush money.

Stormy Daniels has asked a Californian judge to invalidate a nondisclosure agreement she signed days before the 2016 presidential election.

In the lawsuit, president Trump is also named as using the a.k.a David Dennison. Filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles, Daniels alleges an agreement presented to her by president Trump’s lawyer is null and void “.

Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford claimed to have began an intimate relationship with Donald Trump in 2006 well into 2007. Her story was initially sparked by the Access Hollywood tapes revealed in October 2016 after the Washington Post posted a video in which the U.S President admitted making lewd remarks about women. Along with many women who came forward to share their stories with the press, Daniels had also attempted to disclose her story to the press.

The law suit claims an approach by Trump’s Attorney directed a $130,000 hush money meant she was not to disclose any of Trump’s sexual relationships to anyone besides a shortlist of people she had already told about the relationship or share any texts or photos from Trump

The suit alleges that Cohen has tried to keep Clifford from talking about the relationship as recently as Feb. 27, 2018.

“To be clear, the attempts to intimidate Ms. Clifford into silence and ‘shut her up’ in order to ‘protect Mr. Trump’ continue unabated,”the suit says . “On or about February 27, 2018, Mr. Trump’s attorney Mr. Cohen surreptitiously initiated a bogus arbitration proceeding against Ms. Clifford in Los Angeles.” Binding arbitration is specified as a means of dispute resolution”.

Ms Clifford appears to be acting deceptively because if she accepted $130,000 hush money, she should not be attempting to go public with her story whilst keeping the money. Her claim that president Trump did not sign the document is dubious. The suit is not great publicity for the U.S president, but its chances of success is slim.
