One direction fans have started a condom campaign over news that Cheryl Fernandez Versini is pregnant for former one direction member, Liam Payne.
Versini- an accomplished former singer and ex-factor judge was once married to footballer Ashley Cole. The pretty Jordie looked her usual stunning self, as she posed at a red carpet event at the Hotel de La Monnaie in Paris on Sunday night.
X-Factor Judge
It is the first time the former x-factor judge has appeared at a public event since rumours were circulating about her pregnancy on social media. Suspicion began to rise after Cheryl appeared to be slightly fuller in the face in her most recent L’Oreal commercial.
Liam then added further fuel to the rumor when he updated his Twitter bio to read: “The luckiest man in the world”.
The campaign is an expression of disapproval about the news from fans of the once very popular boy band. The disapproval can only be based on pessimism that the relationship may be doomed to failure, probably because of her past misfortunes.
Condom Campaign
The condom campaign may be motivated by the view that fans believe Pyne should have used a condom when bedding the gorgeous celeb, whose past tales of romance have not been exactly glittering. Some fans have expressed that they may have preferred the couple to demonstrate their undying love for each other before announcing a pregnancy, but if the pair is happy, their fans should celebrate with them.
One fan of One Direction sent a mail to the eye of media.com saying ” guys, hope you have heard about the story of Cheryl’s big tummy lol. It seems a shame that Liam Payne has pregnated Cheryl Versini, considering she she is now twice a divorcee. Cheryl is normally of marriage material, but not after two failed marriages. So if she has lost her marriage qualities , you don’t have babies for a star, who is damaged goods, do you”?
They may be a bit harsh, because Cheryl may not want to go the marriage road again, after the failure of her last two marriages, and she should be allowed the option to tread carefully.Furthermore, any condom campaign suggests the pregnancy was accidental, whereas the couple may be so much in love that they planned the pregnancy.
The failure of her past marriages are a reflection of her bad judgment in the selection of life long partners and she is not about to make the same mistake third time round. Cheryl was forced to change her last surname of Cole to Versini, but was too embarrassed to repeat the change to Payne when she got with Liam, because of its potential adverse consequences on her business interests. It would also have made her look very unstable, since it becomes increasingly ridiculous for a name brand like her to keep shifting her last name due to relationship disasters.
Cheryl Versini therefore will find it very difficult to ever tie the knot in marriage, but will have to use the general argument that marriage is ”just a piece of paper”. This is a true saying, but not valid for those whose marriages have been the best experience they ever had. The saying works as far as the uncertainty of joy or continuity that accompany’s any marriage from the outset, but the option of marriage ideally should be there before it can be rejected.
If the issue of Cheryl changing her name for a third time is a major obstacle to a third marriage, then this is sometime Liam Payne is missing out on. However, if Liam Payne feels like he is the luckiest man in the world fr being the father of beautiful Cheryl’s next child, then marriage is probably no issue or concern of his, but a concern just for his critics or perhaps Cheryl herself.
