A pedophile has been jailed after being trapped by an under cover police officer planning an assault against a five year old girl.
The pervert was acting as a pedophile hunter, when in fact he was hiding his own dark secret of pedophilia.
29-year-old Carl Windsor from Norwich was snared after he exchanged on-line messages with the under cover cop in chat rooms about child abuse.
Windsor, who had been messaging under the name of Jimmy Saville, travelled by train to Oxted in Surrey from his Norwich residence
He stupidly believed he had been set up to sexually assault the man’s five-year-old granddaughter. However, police trapped him at a supermarket cafe near the station where they planned to meet and Windsor was arrested for his intended attacks on a hypothetical child.
WIndsor had previously sexually molested a nine-year-old girl when he was living in West Lancashire the previous year, 2015. At the time, he i denied the allegations, forcing the young girl to attend court for cross examination. The weirdo also admitted downloading a total of 165 child porn images.
Windsor was jailed for six years for two offences of sexually assaulting the little girl and two of arranging or facilitating the commission of sex offences.
He also admitted three offences of downloading a total of 165 child porn images. The paedo literally fed on child porn for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
When he was arrested in Oxted on January 22 last year by Kent police his mobile phone was seized and deleted indecent images of children were found on it.
The judge ordered Windsor to sign the Sex Offenders Register for life and imposed an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and said, “You said you were acting as a pedophile hunter. You were nothing of the sort, you were a fraudster for your own sexual motivation.”
Judge Aubrey criticised the fact WIndsor was presented in a pre-sentence report as a pedophile hunter.
“This court is quite satisfied you are nothing of the sort and it is indeed you who are the pedophile. You are a devious, sinister man and the offences you committed are not only sexual in nature, they are sinister in nature. These are extremely serious offences,” said Judge Aubrey.

Mitigating for Windsor, Philip Andrews said Windsor has previously been jailed for breaching non-molestation orders in relation his young son, who he has now not seen for three years.
He has also spent the equivalent of a two year sentence while on remand for these offences, Andrew added.
Mr Andrews said that Windsor had himself been abused as a child and had “unresolved conflicts in his mind”.
One of the dangers and problems of child abuse is that many victims turn out to be abusers themselves, Their past victimisation will be no excuse, as a victim really should understand what it is like to be violated.
He will be out within a decade and will have everyone avoid him like the plague.
