American prosecutors are planning to charge Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, with involuntary manslaughter over claims he tried to buy her drugs on the day she almost drowned in the bath. ‘Declared a person of interest’ by police following the death of the youngster last Sunday, police believe the adopted man attempted to buy her drugs on the day she died.
Though, how this incriminates him is yet to be made clear. The dead girl is said to have had a habit of falling asleep in the bath after excessive partying, and actually fell asleep in the bath tub the day after her mother died, following excessive drinking. Law enforcements told the popular American TMZ publication that she had drawn a bath in her room at the Beverley Hills hotel, but fell asleep in the bath and woke up to find the room flooded with water. This revelation makes grim reading because it shows her to have been an excessive drinker, especially in light of other credible reports that she was a regular drug user with a drug problem.
REGULAR SUPPLY
The fact that her boyfriend regularly supplied her drugs, regardless of whether he bought it for her with his or her money, shows he was an extremely bad influence on her, though she is fully responsible for her choice to indulge so heavily in drugs. How a young woman born to a legendary singer would get hooked on hard drugs is just as worrying as the fact her mother was also hooked.Good and bad things are learnt from home, though a sensible child avoids the pitfalls of their parents. That said, when your mother is highly sought after, highly acclaimed with a beautiful voice and the accompanying number one hits that follows, it becomes easy to make her your role model.
ROLE MODEL
Young Bobbi probably wanted to be like her mother and most likely admired the stunning good looks that blended well with her stardom until even those looks began to deteriorate and wither away like the leaves of a fig tree. Houston likely became the role model, though sadly, not a very good one in the full scheme of things. Bobbi Kristina and Gordon physically looked good together, but underlying that superficial blend was pernicious habit so calamitous that it would have been better for her to wake up one morning and run away so far where he could not find her. Adopting him into the family was one of the biggest mistakes Whitney Houston ever made, though her daughter must still take responsibility for her own drug habit.
QUESTION OF OVERDOSE
It now begs the question as to whether she overdosed on drugs, though this is easily the type of false perception a killer may have sought to create. We may never know for sure. What we know is that an expensive law suit against her boyfriend is under way for fraud, theft, battery etc. Prosecutors will do all they can to charge him with some form of manslaughter, and they can pull it off, then why not?
Nick Gordon totally abused his position and only served to exacerbate an already desperately situation. An inconclusive post mortem found no evidence of foul play, though one foul play that can go undetected in the world of drugs is the malicious infusion of extra doses to the detriment of an unsuspecting target.
Whitney Houston and her daughter could have been a class act. Houston with her exceedingly beautiful looks and her angelic voice was a gem almost impossible to match or surpass.She really should have stirred her daughter in the right direction, but she was struggling with direction herself. So sad to see beautiful stars fade away into oblivion because of a reckless and unrestrained lifestyle.
Prosecutors are currently speaking to Max Lomas – Bobbi Kristina’s ex boyfriend- who was at the flat on the fateful day, who is already facing drug charges unrelated to Houston’s daughter’s death. Questions have already been asked as to why Max was with Nick at the time of Kristina’s death, and how much contact she had with him in the weeks leading up to her death. Lomas has a history of violence, having been convicted of battery in 2011, and once attacked a male in relation to Bobbi Kristina.
There has been talk of him being offered immunity for the drug charges against him if he can supply any relevant information that can be substantiated in relation to her death relation to her death. Additional laboratory testing will be done in the coming weeks
