NFL Star Says U.S Government Harming Itself By Not Allowing Tennis Star Djokavic In U.S Open

NFL star Chris Manno has stated that the U.S government is harming itself by not allowing Djokavic to play in the U.S open.

His comments will surprise many of Djokavic’s critics who believe the tennis star acted irresponsibly during his controversial time in Australia earlier in the year, but there are also those who believe the U.S government ought to relax its stance on vaccination when it comes to letting people in.

“The US government and the US Open don’t realize that they harm themselves if they don’t allow a champion like Novak Djokovic to play the tournament. It amazes me that no one tells them.” This is the thought of former NFL star Chris Manno, who expressed this on Twitter.

In recent days, several US politicians have called on Biden to change the rules of entry into the country. Although he has been included in the entry list of the US Open, it is unlikely Novak Djokovic will be able to travel to the United States.

The former world number is not vaccinated against Coronavirus and has no intention of doing so, as he himself reiterated during Wimbledon.

“US government harms itself by banning Novak Djokovic”
The Serbian phenomenon lifted an understated season by triumphing at the Championships for the seventh time in his career and equalling Pete Sampras.

Djokovic had already missed the Australian Open and the American Masters 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami, as well as suffering serious damage to his image.
John McEnroe also spoke on the issue: “I disagree with your choice not to get vaccinated, but I respect it.
