Michael Jackson’s Rich Property Slashed Down To$23m By Desperate Family

Michael Jackson’s  2,700-acre California property, renamed  as the Sycamore Valley Ranch, has been dropped from its original asking price of $69k to $23k when it was first put on the market in 2015.

The super rich estate bosts a tennis court, a swimming pool and a movie theatre. The opulent premises  is co-owned by the Jackson estate and the investment firm Colony Capital.

Compass Real Estate’s property says Sycamore Valley Ranch is marketing the property as one that: “offers six bedrooms, including a large first floor master suite with a private loft and two master baths. Ever since the property featured in the bombshell documentary ”Never leave Neverland”, it has lost  its originally supreme value after the sordid details of depravity and sexual abuse that the idolised ex fallen star subjected young boys to in secret.

“The home was designed in a French Normandy style and… is nestled between extensively landscaped gardens and a four-acre lake complete with a waterfall.  The property is  palace which has alarms bells that signal the entry of others to the owner. In addition to three separate guest homes,  it also boasts a 5,500 sq ft movie theatre with stage, several barns, animal shelter facilities and a “maintenance shop”.

The two part documentary first aired in the U.S and then in England, went into graphic  detail about the years of abuse suffered by Jackson’s former child friends Wade Robson, 36, and 41-year-old James Safechuck. The alleged abuse took place in the Neverland Ranch where the former pop icon subjected his victim to oral sex, and one occasion attempted to have anal sex with safechuck who said he pulled back because of the pin which caused him to bleed.

Safechuck said he loved Jackson ”deeply” and lied t defend Jackson in court because he had recurrent nightmares of the shamed singer dying in jail.  He further described it as a paedophile’s paradise with hidden sex dens he used to molest kids. Safechuck also spoke about the long distance it took to arrive t the property when they reached Neverland, saying they were always in anticipation as Jackson told them ”fifteen more minutes, we’re almost there”.

According to Safechuck, Jackson later turned his attention to another young boy and pushed him(sfechuck) to the background , making him feel jealous. The accounts has irreparably ruined Jackson’s legacy, forcing the value of the property down.  It may have to be reduced further by Michael Jackson’s estate, if they want to get something for it.
