Michael Jackson’s Kids Revealing Lawsuit Against Robson And Safechuck

By Sammie Jones-

Michael Jackson’s  kids  lawsuit against Wade Robson And James Safechuck  will be very revealing .The children of the world’s biggest ever pop icon  will dig deep into the lives of the accusers and will have to come up with something substantial to make the suit worthwhile at all. Without that, Jackson’s children will make a mockery of themselves.  They are suing for fraud, emotional distress, slander and misrepresentation against Wade Robson and James Safechuck.

One of their objectives is to establish whether their father’s accusers  were paid to take part in the Leaving Neverland documentary. Even if they were, this will not prove fraud or misrepresentation, but it would question their motives. Dan Reed who produced the documentary has said the pair were not paid to participate in the documentary. He said they “have no financial interest whatsoever and no future, past or present interest”. The documentary attracted wide world interest and led to many radio stations vowing never to play Michael Jackson’s songs again.

As loved as Michael Jackson was, most viewers believed his accusers because of the detail of their story and the natural way they told it. The reasons given for their previous silence was also plausible. Safechuck admitted to loving Jackson”deeply” and having nightmares of him going to jail as a child. It was later revealed tat there were some errors in the timelines given by Robson in some instances, casting some doubt on the credibility of his story. Others have said that as people they could make a few errors in timelines, but this should not invalidate their claim.

A source close to the family told Six that their legal action is not motivated by money, but instead purely in the hope of gaining an “apology” from both Robson and Safechuck.

As part of the investigation, the siblings will be looking into Robson’s child abuse and healing charity, which was set up under the name Robson Family Fund ahead of the documentary’s release..A representative for Jackson’s children told Page Six: “The three children say that all they want is to preserve their father’s musical legacy.

“They feel that the ‘documentary’ was one-sided and the two men have made numerous claims that aren’t true.
“As for the allegations, they believe that per their own investigation and other news sources, money raised by the two men and maybe others has not gone to a charity or to promote anything positive.”

Jackson’s kids will need to disprove key claims of the two accusers to win any lawsuit, or unearth something significant that seriously casts doubt on the truth of their whole claim.
