Manchester Police Investigating Racial Abuse Caught On Film

By James Simons-

Manchester Police is investigating racial abuse of a tram passenger against other commuters in Manchester city centre.

The  despicable outburst was heard on a Metrolink service travelling from Piccadilly Gardens to Market Street on Monday, November 28.

The pathetic racist was unaware he was being filmed, who is sitting down, can be heard saying: “I am going to set you on fire. I’m from Salford me. Bring another immigrant into our town I will roast you. I will set you on fire.
“Bring another immigrant to Salford, I will set you on fire.”
Another passenger who confronted the man was also racially abused for being a Pakistani Muslim. Strangely enough, other passengers were too scared to confront the man, and blindly put up with his hideous and intolerable behaviour, particularly because the abuse wasn’t directed at them, or because many may have felt he was dangerous.
Greater Manchester Police are known for their competence in dealing with crimes, given the huge amount of criminal activity that takes place in a City as big and active as Manchester.  Their hands are usually full with violent and drug-related crimes that hate crime may get pushed to the back burner. However, when a hate crime is caught on film with a face and voice to go with it, one can be sure that Greater Manchester Police will not let it lie easily.
Individuals like the moron seen on film, are a misfit to any society and a disgrace to their family and society. There is every possibility the man suffers from mental health issues, but not even that can excuse his behaviour since he knew what he was doing . How should such individuals be dealt with? Perhaps they should be locked in a mental institution if they are unwell, jailed, or just ignored.
Ignoring idiots like this sad looking loner may be the best answer, but then it would encourage others to think such behaviour is tolerable in a diverse and multi-cultural country like the U.K. Greater Manchester police are still investigating the incidence, and it will be interesting to see how they deal with this one. The eye of media.com always keep tabs on all ongoing investigations with the police that we cover, to see how each incident is eventually dealt with.
