A  U.S man has won $1m on the lottery  twice  in 4 years , after playing the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Payout” game.

Stephen Toto chose the cash option and received a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes, as he celebrated his first  win in 2017.

On June 21, 2021, Toto’s luck repeated itself when he won the $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “The Fastest Road to $1 Million” instant ticket game. His story has been slashed all over news sites in Massusuchetts, raising the hopes of so many others who don’t stand a chance in practice, but do in theory.

“He did not originally intend to purchase a $30 ticket when he stopped at A-1 Gulf, but at the last minute decided to purchase a ‘The Fastest Road to $1 Million’ ticket, resulting in his win,” the Lottery said. A

After choosing  the cash option for his prize, he received a payment of $650,000 before taxes.

The winning ticket was purchased at A-1 Gulf in Framingham, which is located at 483 Concord Street. The store will also receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket. This is the second time the lottery has been won twice in Framingham, but individuals who have won the lottery more than once are not rare, though not common.

In 2016, Howard Rankin claimed his first million on November 12 of last year, after playing the “$2,500,000 Holiday Bonus” game. Stories of extreme luck from the national lottery are not that rare in America.

Kuldip Singh, of Woburn, and his daughter decided to go to the laundromat in May when their washing machine broke down. While waiting for his laundry to finish, Singh purchased an instant ticket and  won the $1 million prize in the Mass. State Lottery’s “$1,000,000 Cash Wheel” instant ticket game.

Robert Stuart, a 65-year-old tractor-driver from Kennebunkport, Maine, won big on the lottery on two different occasions. First, he won a $100,000 prize from a scratch-off ticket he bought in early September. That win might have been more thrilling, but he had already won a $1 million jackpot from another Maine Lottery scratch-off ticket in May.

One of the most incredible stories is that of  Melvyn Wilson, who won lottery prizes four times. Wilson began his lucky streak with a $25,000 (£18,815) win on a scratchcard in 2004. A year later he scratched his way to another two Virginia Lottery wins of $1 million (£752,400) and $500,000 (£376,300). The retired postal worker got lucky again in 2013. He won $500,000 (£377,800) on another Virginia Lottery scratchcard. Asked what he does with all his winnings, he said “I invest in Melvyn!

In the case of Virginia-based Calvin and Zatera Spencer were hailed the luckiest couple in the world when they won two $1 million (£774,000) prizes and $50,000 (£38,696), making them lottery winners three times over. The truly remarkable thing about these lottery winners is that the three wins came within the space of a month. Their winning streak began on 12 March 2014 when they won $1 million in the Powerball drawing.

Calvin And Zetra Spencer won two $1m and one $50,000 prize.

They then won $50,000 on 26 March in the Virginia Lottery Pick 4 game before winning $1 million in a scratch-off game the very next day. After claiming the winnings, Calvin said he would continue to play the lottery, declaring: “We’re not finished yet.” He wasn’t. In 2017 he won $100,000 (£75,330) in a Virginia Lottery Cash 5 drawing.

In the UK, lottery operators Camelot revealed that 20 lottery ticket-holders have become millionaires in Friday’s EuroMillions draw, operator Camelot has said.
