Growing Pro Abortion protesters Will Push For Supreme Court Legal Battle

By Aaron Miller-

Thousands of protesters that have been participating in  co-ordinated rallies across the United States against tough abortion laws tough laws aim to pressure Alabama law makers and the U.S government to reconsider their stance on abortion.

The anti-abortion bills, approved by Republican state legislatures heading for  nation wide restrictions on abortions, will face a dramatic challenge in the U.S Supreme Court. The thing is judges . Some Supreme Court judges are themselves anti abortion because of their Evangelic Christian background. In the legal world, which preserves the sanctity of life.

In the legal world, every decision has to be backed up statute and legal principles, but anti-abortion authorities have may be convinced they have their argument in tact. Most people believe a woman should have the right of choice over her body Some of those  on this side who are flexible on the matter say laws restricting abortions should only apply before the baby becomes a foetus.

Anti abortionists have taken an extreme position on when abortion that forces a challenge for a broader discussion on the matter among Americans..Those against abortions  now expect the Supreme Court with its overwhelming Conservative majority,  to overturn the 1973 Roe v Wade ruling that established a woman’s right to terminate her pregnancy. America will watch with intense attention on the way the abortion dispute is finalised in the courts.

Each state in America has its own legal jurisdictions , but a Supreme Court law that overturns the old law could gradually lead to a spreading of new laws on abortion across many parts of America. Many provincial states will resist the pressure to change laws that has for decades giving women the right to choose whether to have a child by being allowed to terminate a pregnancy.
