Flight Attendant Ejects Woman From Plane Over Mask Dispute

By Aaron Miller-

A plane filled with passengers erupted into a rapturous  applause,  after a couple who were apparently ignoring face mask rules were kicked off the flight.

A flight attendant was dancing following the ejection of the distressed woman from a SouthwWest flight , just before it departed Brendan Elder shared footage of the incident on TikTok this week , taken before a Southwest flight departed from the airport.

In the video, an airline employee can be seen talking to a woman who is arguing that she followed requests to put her face mask on when told to, to help protect from the spread of coronavirus.

The unidentified woman defiantly accused the airline employees of ‘lying’, saying: ‘You’re saying I didn’t comply and put my mask on when you asked me to? Are you seriously telling them that I didn’t put my mask on when you asked me to? You are a liar.’

However,  passengers offended by her refusal to comply with rules and procedures devised to protect others on board, were united in contempt against the woman, who was ridiculed as she was seen off the plane.

One passenger  can be heard  taunting the woman by shouting ‘bye!’, while another yells: ‘Get off the plane!’

Passengers  began to cheer and applaud, as the woman and the man with her stood up to leave the plane. The  ejected woman in anger stuck her middle finger up at those expressing their joy.

A  spokesperson from Southwest Airlines  told The Eye Of Media.Com that even though the woman had a mask on at the time she was filmed, ”she had  taken off  the mask and refused to comply with orders when initially challenged”.

‘Federal law requires each person to wear a mask at all times in the airport and throughout the flight, including during boarding the airline said. Refusing to wear a mask ‘may result in denial of boarding, removal from the aircraft, and/or penalties under federal law.’

The  decision to eject her from the plane appears harsh, considering she eventually put on the mask.  A fine would have been preferable to wrecking the woman’s trip purely on her arguing over the request to wear a mask.
